We have a solution that can bring your guests to your wedding no matter their location. You can see them and they can see you, join in with any readings, hymns, songs or whatever you have planned. Don’t let Covid-19 delay your wedding, make it extra special and unique.

What do you do?

We provide a professional TV-like live stream of your wedding.
The short explanation is your guests join a Zoom call and are displayed in your venue on large screens so you can see them. We then use multiple cameras to get the best angles, along with wireless microphones for crisp audio, all mixed using professional studio equipment so your guests get the best views and can hear what’s going on, as if they were there with you.
We put speakers in the room to enable you to hear your guests if required, or to hear the music of the hymns or songs you wish to have in your ceremony. We can even overlay the words so your guest can sing along.
Should you have a guest who you want to do a reading or speech, we can bring them onto a screen for everyone to see and hear, no matter where they are in the world.
Once your ceremony is over, you can then interact with your guests and have a catch-up and a much-needed drink. 
Then why not go straight into your first dance? This can then also be streamed, including audio direct to your guests.

What your guests see.

One of the most important parts is what your guests will experience, the best way is to show you what this all looks like. We have recorded a demo video from a live stream to show what’s possible. This is a recording, straight from the same broadcast studio, we will bring to your wedding to give a real-world example, of what your guests will see.

What will happen?

Bellow is a short run-through of how the ceremony would usually flow, this doesn’t take into account any add-ons or extras. 
We will record the stream and the Zoom calls so you can have a copy following the event to keep forever.

From the moment you make contact with us about streaming your big day, we will discuss how you would like the stream to feel and any extras or options you might like to tailor a package that is right for you.
We will then need to arrange to visit the venue, if it isn't one we have been to before, to make sure the internet is sufficient and build your bespoke package.
Only then will we get a contract sent out for payment and begin setting up your wedding page on our website.

We create a web page on MyWeddingOnline.co.uk for you to give to your guests, this page will have a form for guests to fill in so we know who needs to appear on which screen, and that we can make sure Zoom is set up correctly. This page also explains to your guests how the process will work. Please click here for an example.

Once all the information is in, we will send you a list to make sure you're happy with the setup.
Then, the week before the Zoom meeting a link will be sent to everyone, we will normally use 2 different Zoom calls, one for each family.
We will then, also set up a reminder email to go out the morning of the big day so everyone has the links fresh and ready to go.

Then the big day, we will on average need 3 hours to get set up and ready. We will have Zoom up and running 1 hour before the ceremony is due to take place with a countdown clock, so when your guests join the call they will know things are getting ready and they have made it to the right place.

Assuming everything is good to go on time, the countdown will finish and we can go live, kicking things off with either a video or straight into someone saying welcome or just to the altar.
Then they walk down the aisle, where we will film ahead with a remote gimble camera, then as you approach the altar, we will cut to static cameras. We will then mix between camera angles to capture the most natural and relevant footage, this will be streamed live to all guests on the Zoom calls.
During this, we can bring in any guests who are to do readings or speeches.

Directly after the ceremony, it's your turn as newlyweds to have a chat and interact with your guests, we will have a laptop set up ready for this private interaction, this could be done in many ways should you want to include your guests in the room as well.

Should you wish to do a dance, or cutting of the cake, or even speeches, we can facilitate this very simply.

Why settle for pre-recorded audio?
Having some singers live in the room to make it more personal? We will of course have microphones and cameras so your guests can also enjoy the amazing vocals of your singers.

We are lucky to know some amazing singers, backing vocalists and musicians who can help make your ceremony extra special.

We can tailor graphics options for title cards, animations, countdown and backgrounds.

Why not create a welcome video?
This could play at the end of the countdown, or as a backdrop to the countdown.

A end of ceremony video? anything is possible.

A great way to add a splash of colour to your ceremony space.
From simple uplighting, to a gobo wash, we can add another dimension to your ceremony without it looking over the top.

We can also supply 'top-up' lighting, if the room is dark or there are likely to be shadows on you, we will know if this is really required after our visit to your venue.

Our uplighting is fully wireless, controllable and can really lift walls and architecture with minimal effort and fuss, which is a very popular add on to any ceremony.

Once the ceremony is complete, why not carry on the fun with a meal as if all your guests were with you in person?

We have some great catering partners, who can create bespoke hampers for all your guests so you can all have dinner and be merry online.

Great floral displays look great on camera, and can be used to bring the ceremony area to life.

We work with a selection of amazing florists, who can provide you with the most amazing backdrops and displays.
We can then add our specialist lighting, to make them really stand out on camera.

With live streaming being just like a TV show, why not have TV and film makeup artists take care of making you both look the part.

We know some great makeup artists, who work in this field and also do many weddings.

We would normally place several cameras in a fixed position to be unobtrusive and almost blend-in by any photos taken by your photographer, or those guests who can be in the room. This also keeps the cost as low as possible.

But we can always upgrade and have camera operators who can really make the best of the cameras, to add more movement and a TV-like appearance to your stream.

If you wanted to have an evening function, we can live stream a DJ from our studio, complete with lighting and green screen, while you and your guests can dial into a Zoom call.
We can even use break out rooms for people to have a quite social, away from the music.

Is it just some webcams?

No

We use professional 4k film cameras and full HD DSLR's which feedback to our professional broadcast machines to mix and add overlays and information live.

Do you need an internet connection?

Yes

Ideally, we would like to plug-in to the venue internet and not use wifi. Our team will visit the venue and do an internet test to make sure we can provide our services. We will also look at 4g signal and see what is possible there.

What if we don't want to just use Zoom?

No problem

We can also stream to our website where only your guests will have the link. Or we can stream to an other online platform or your social media. What ever you want to do.

We have a musician/band to play us down the aisle

No problem

We can either take a feed from them, and mix it into the stream, so your guests can hear it or we can mix them up if they are acoustic.
We use digital sound desks so this is no problem.

What if there is another lockdown?

Plan B

Should new restrictions mean you have to change your plans, we can work with you. In many cases, we can arrange a virtual 'should be our wedding' remotely from our studio.

We have family in all over the world. Can they join?

Of course

This is the beauty of this live stream system, they can join in and you can see them, they can even do a reading. They might have to get up in the middle of the night though!
